Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with TRACKING NUMBER and purchase DETAILS – how to track your order within 3 – 5 business days.
To track your order please enter your ORDER NUMBER (The format is usually ‘12345’) and EMAIL BILLING in the box below and press the “Track Order” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Please contact us ASAP and within the following time period for cancellations and changes. We will process your order 2 hours after successful payment. Order processing usually takes 5-8 business days. Once shipped, you will receive email notifications for real-time tracking. Note that some orders may be sent using multiple parcels. In these cases, you will receive multiple emails and tracking numbers.
